Hypnotherapy Supports Regular Counseling

Licensed family counselors and psychologists are finding that their patients are not as willing to spend months or years in traditional talk therapies in order to get results.

Many of these same therapists are realizing that they need to add methods from the growing field of brief therapy. By teaching their patients to use various tools to deal with issues such as anxiety, eating disorders, fears, ptsd and motivation, Ida works in concert with an individual's mental health professional. In this way, patients can obtain immediate relief while continuing to work on the deeper causes with their therapists.

  • Creative Visualization
  • Self-Hypnosis
  • Meditation recordings - customized
  • Neural Linguistic Programming
  • EFT or meridian 'tapping'
  • Brain Hemisphere Balancing
  • Circular Diaphragmatic Breathing

MFTs, psychologists and psychiatrists have all worked in collaboration with Ida since 1992.
